The Role
- Provide third-party consultants with property information and request proposals/budget
- Maintain a critical dates schedule and monitor all parties involved to ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain project files during the closing process and make sure files are completed post-closing
- Maintain contact list with telephone numbers/addresses of all parties involved in transaction
- Provide post-closing information to Accounting and Product Management for reporting purposes
- Make sure all internal approvals are obtained during each phase of the process
- Prepare loan documentation as may be necessary, including initial drafts of various documents for review by closing officer
- Instruct Closing Assistant what curative matters need clearing
- Set up Customer closing appointments with attorney’s office and customer
- Obtain expected closing dates from Construction management for all contracts

Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication organizational skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of due diligence and loan document preparation or analysis is required
- Prepare files and delivers these to title agent for closing
- Disburses loan funds
- Request any corrections if loan was not properly executed and perform other miscellaneous tasks as a work unit
