• Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
• Internal Alignment: Build rapport with decision-makers within the company to gain approval for business development initiatives.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely project outcomes.

• Strategic Communication: Master excellent communication skills to convey the right messages at the right moments.

Analytical Skills and Research:

• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and understand the competitive landscape.
