The Role
Responsibilities:
- BD sales type position main responsibility is to solicit business and sell Alliance’s services to commercial property owners/managers
- Work alongside GC’s on portfolio when required
- Send teams out to service leaks and carry out repairs
- Coordinate with team members when righting tickets and sending invoices

Requirements
- Must have some form of commercial roofing experience either reroofing or roof repair experience (Essential)
- Candidate background either transitioned from field to the office or currently in roofing estimating
- Prior experience in selling commercial service roofing or sales estimating experience in commercial roofing (desired)
- Go getter, people person
- Look at roofing estimators, service managers, and service sales
