The Role
The ideal candidate will support project managers in coordinating and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets specific to multifamily and commercial construction projects.
- Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
- Coordinate project meetings, track milestones, and ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
- Identify and address project issues, risks, and changes, escalating them to the project manager as necessary.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and safety standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination within the construction idustry
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Proficiency in construction project management software and tools.
- Certifications: CAPM, PMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
