Project Manager (Custom Homes)

The Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process for custom-built homes. This includes coordinating with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of custom home construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to establish project goals, objectives, and timelines.
• Develop detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines throughout the construction process.
• Procure necessary permits and licenses and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work and ensure conformance to design specifications and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and approve payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and organized for archival purposes.
