The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Superintendent to oversee our custom home renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of custom home renovation projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers to ensure project goals are met.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
